At Papershake Studio, our products are available in different formats, so delivery depends on what you purchase.

AMAZON ORDERS
Our printed books, journals and selected physical products are sold and fulfilled through Amazon. Shipping costs, estimated delivery dates, available destinations and tracking information are provided by Amazon during checkout.

Because these orders are processed and shipped by Amazon, Papershake Studio does not control delivery times, courier services or shipping charges. Please contact Amazon directly regarding delivery issues or tracking for an Amazon order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PRINTABLES
Digital downloads and self-print products do not require shipping. Once your purchase has been successfully completed, you will receive access to the digital file according to the instructions provided at checkout.

Please ensure that the email address supplied when ordering is correct.

PAPERSHAKE STUDIO PHYSICAL GOODS
Where a physical product is sold directly through the Papershake Studio website, the applicable shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed before checkout.

International delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing and the delivery service being used. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
